Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT
Please note that your booking is only confirmed once we received your deposit. A deposit is required for both DIY and Set up packages to secure your spot. We will not hold any spots without the deposit. BOND
An additional $100-$250 (depending of the volume of the order) bond is required if you choose to do it yourself (DIY). This amount will be refunded on return, if there is no any damaged or lost item. Also if the returned items are unreasonably dirty, cleaning fees might be charged.
EVENT ITEMS
All items are to be returned in the same condition as when they are delivered. Any damages that occur during hire, persons who hire property of Lotus Events will be accountable to pay for the replacement of item in full to Lotus Events.
CANCELLATION BY LOTUS EVENTS
Lotus Events will not subject our items to any weather conditions that will damage our items and will try and work with clients to make other alternative arrangements. It is the clients responsibility to present a "plan B" (undercover area) in case of bad weather conditions. The client must present the "plan B" at the time of booking. Lotus Events has the final decision making on the day. Lotus Events will offer a full refund if the event is cancelled by Lotus Events due to the bad weather.
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
Cancellation can be made at any time 14 days prior to a picnic event, and 30 days to a wedding date. Any cancellation after will result in the loss of the deposit. After the mentioned due dates Lotus Events offer the option to reschedule the event.
CANCELLATION DUE TO THE COVID 19 If an event cannot organised due to a LOCKDOWN or any gathering restriction related to the COVID 19, the event can be rescheduled, or the full amount of deposit and paid event price will be refunded indepentedly from the time of announcement.
EVENT LOCATION
Lotus Events provides picnic equipment for hire with set up services. The event location is the responsibility of the client to choose. PHOTOS The photos about the all settings will be published on the Lotus Events website, and/on the Facebook and Instagram pages.
